New phone system for Zimbra host 01.com
01.com, the leading, hosting/SaaS provider and technical consulting company dedicated to supporting email for organizations worldwide using the open-source based Zimbra Collaboration Suite, is plea
sed to announce we have begun the installation of and migration to a new enterprise phone system this week.
We expect the new, materially upgraded system to provide benefits to our customers, not limited to:
- Reduced call-wait times
- Improved call quality
- More accurate call routing
We expect the first phase of the installation and migration to occur between September 15 and November 15, 2009. Work in the second phase, beginning thereafter, will occur primarily behind the scenes, delivering further integration to improve our ability to identify and serve you better, with less delay and more innovative features.
