I’ve tried several hosted Exchange services and have had an awful time with setup, performance, and reliability. Hosted Zimbra with 01.com has been a completely different experience. Setup and migration from Exchange were fast and easy. Zimbra and 01 provide excellent documentation, and 01′s customer service responds quickly. Unlike the paid, licensed Network Edition, the Zimbra open source edition does not (yet) include enterprise backup. The Zimbra/Yahoo! team is considering offering this feature for the open source edition, too. Vote on it here:
